Sentosa Island is in Singapore; it’s also called Pulau Sentosa. If you’re interested in Sentosa Island Hotels, then there are plenty to pick from for an island that’s so small. It’s three miles wide and one mile tall.

If I’m going to go to an island, I would always get a hotel that’s right on the coastline, because I love the beach. The two that are the closest are the Rasa Sentosa Resort. It has a 3 1/2 star rating with 396 reviews. The reason that they give this hotel low ratings is that it’s time for them to renovate the hotel. The people tended to love the location, the beach, how close it was to the beach, and the stunning views that they got from the beach.

Another said the room was “A little better than average”. However, that same person said they liked the all-you-can eat breakfast

Mount Embiah is the main attraction on the island. If you go to Google Earth and click on the mountain icon it will bring you to a YouTube video of the local ability to view sharks swimming across a big domed area that you can observe from instead of a video about that mountain.

So, other attractions on the island are the 4D Magix and Merlion statue, the Underwater World and Dinosaurland.

Sentosa Island Hotels has the SDC, which is given four stars from 31 reviews (which for Google Earth’s rating reviews tends to be extremely good, because they tend to be hard on hotels for very little reason). 33 Allanbrooke Rd; Singapore

The island is currently doing major revisions and redevelopment, so it will have even more amazing attractions, soon.

There’s also a beach train. “Underwater World is excellent” one reviewer said, “and it is well worth the visit”.

Treasure Resort Sentosa at 23 Beach View; Singapore; directrooms.com only gets three stars. They said it was noisy, but one perk is that you get a free monorail pass for the whole duration of your trip. Another four-star review said that it was the ‘best getaway’ that was on Sentosa, being very close to the monorail so you could go into Sinapore.

Sentosa Island Hotels include the Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa, which gets 3 1/2 stars. They said it and a ‘quiet ambiance’. Their complaint was that breakfast should have been included, at that price. Google Maps tends to have very blatant up-front reviews. There’s no padding the bill with their reviews. However, I think they tend to be too harsh with their reviews. They rarely give over 4 out of 5 stars, so that always brings the average down.

See all 129 reviews before you decide, though.

The Sentosa Resort and Spa gets the best ratings at 4 out of 5 stars from 244 reviews. “Had a fantastic time” one five-star reviewer said.

So, when it comes to Sentosa Island Hotels, both the Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa and the SDC got an impressive four out of five star rating.
